Warren Buffet, one of the world’s most famous investors, has announced a new and impactful plan for his remaining assets. Gates Foundation will not get any more donations

An important aspect of this decision is that now Gates Foundation will not get any new donation from Buffet. Previously, a large portion of Buffet’s philanthropic efforts were channeled through the Gates Foundation, but now he has decided to pass the responsibility to his family. Buffet says his children have done a lot of good social work through their respective foundations, and their experiences will guide the new trust.

Susie, Howie and Peter will decide together how the new trust’s funds will be used. But Buffet has given the trust autonomy so that it can operate in its own way.
