
Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 started with great pomp today on 17 January 2025. This event is a big milestone for the automobile industry, showcasing new technologies, electric vehicles and innovations of global brands.
PM Narendra Modi inaugurated this event.
This expo is taking place at three major locations:
- Pragati Maidan’s Bharat Mandapam,
- Yashobhoomi in Dwarka,
- Greater Noida’s Expo Center.
Highlights
- Hyundai Creta EV:
Hyundai’s highly awaited electric SUV Creta EV has been launched. Its features and price have also been revealed today.
Premium electric SUVs like Ioniq 9 and Staria MPV were also showcased.
- Maruti Suzuki e-Vitara:
Maruti launched its first electric midsize SUV e-Vitara, which will take on SUVs from Tata, Mahindra and Hyundai.
- Mahindra & Mahindra:
Mahindra showcased its latest launches BE 6 and XEV 9e. Also, the production-ready model XEV 7e (electric version of XUV700) was unveiled.
- Tata Motors:
Tata showcased its upcoming EVs like Harrier EV and Sierra EV. Tiago and Tigor facelift were also highlighted in the Tata pavilion.
- Kia India:
Kia is grabbing visitors’ attention with its premium electric SUV EV6 facelift and the recently launched Cairns facelift.
- MG Motors:
MG revealed the price of its electric sports car Cyberster. M9 Limousine and other new models are also on show.
- VinFast:
Vietnam company VinFast showcased its SUVs VF 7 and VF 9.
- Vayve Mobility:
Pune-based Vayve Mobility unveiled its first solar EV EVA, which comes with a range of 250 km and roof-mounted solar panels.
Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 will run till 22 January and this event is becoming a big platform to showcase the latest trends and innovations of the global automobile industry.
