This expo held at Bharat Mandapam became the world’s biggest auto expo, which attracted almost 9 lakh people. This figure even beats USA’s Detroit Auto Show. Germany, Japan and 7 other countries showcased their innovations. A total of 90 new vehicles were launched, which made this event even more special.
Future plans
Organizers say that this expo has opened new doors for the Indian automobile industry. In future, it will be organised on an even bigger scale, covering other mobility options as well.
This expo not only highlights the demand for EVs but is also a strong step towards establishing India more strongly on the global automobile map.
