Once again the situation in Bangladesh seems to be getting unstable. After the fall of Sheikh Hasina’s government, Mohammad Yunus’ interim government has also come under the heat of protest. This time the protest is raging among students, who are angry with some government decisions.

What is the reason for the protest?

The decision of Mohammad Yunus government to change the name and prestige of the country has created hatred among students. Students say that ending the constitution imposed in 1972 and replacing it with a new one can harm the fundamentals of the country.
