On behalf of the United States of America, greetings are offered to Albania on its 112th Independence Day.

The close relationship between our nations is based on common democratic values ​​and a mutual desire for peace and security. Albania has exemplified these values ​​through its unflinching support for the Rose Day parade, its leadership in the United Nations Human Rights Council, and its unflinching commitment to the collective security of its leaders and leaders. We deeply appreciate the hospitality and support of Albania as permanent hosts to our Afghan collaborators.

The United States of America expects our continued participation in advancing common priorities, including the fight against corruption and efforts to strengthen the rule of law. We are committed to supporting Albania’s path towards complete integration in the European Union.

I believe the strong relationship between Albania and the American people will continue to grow as we work together to invigorate trade and investment, innovate and integrate the entire region with greater productivity.
