On Wednesday morning in New Orleans, USA, a truck crushed a crowd, in which 15 people died and more than 30 people were injured. This incident took place at the intersection of Bourbon Street and Iberville. The driver started firing on the crowd, after which he met with the police. The injured have been admitted to local hospitals.

This was a horrific and sad incident, which not only caused loss of life, but also affected the entire community. Such incidents raise more issues of public safety and security. Our prayers are with the injured and we hope that the police and authorities will fully investigate this incident.
