Bharat, too, will face the challenge of an aging demographic in the coming decades. Preparing for this transition with robust healthcare systems, pensions, and elderly care infrastructure is critical.

China’s shrinking workforce is directly impacting its economy. Bharat, with a young population, has a window of opportunity. But to harness this demographic dividend, investment in education, skill development, and job creation is essential. Otherwise, the young workforce could become a liability instead of an asset.
